Privacy notice
This site collects only the minimum data needed to reply to inquiries and to remember your language preference. Nothing is shared with third parties; nothing is used for marketing.
Who is responsible
Ridni — Photography & Video, based in Veneto, Italy. Contact: hello@ridni.com.
What data is collected, when, and why
- Contact form — your name, email, optional phone, and message. Lawful basis: pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest in replying to you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f)). Used only to answer your inquiry.
- Cookies — a few small functional cookies:
ridni_lang(your chosen language),ridni_geo(your country, cached for 30 days so the site doesn't ask repeatedly), andridni_consent(your acceptance of this notice). No analytics, no advertising trackers. - Server logs — Vervehosting (the hosting provider) keeps standard access logs (IP address, page, timestamp) for security purposes; these are managed by the host and rotated automatically.
How long it is kept
Inquiry emails are kept for as long as is reasonably needed to handle the conversation and any resulting work, then archived or deleted. Cookies live for at most one year and can be cleared from your browser at any time. Server logs follow the host's retention policy.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali). To exercise any of these, write to hello@ridni.com — I'll respond within 30 days.
